Booking & Availability

Simply search for available RVs based on your destination and dates. Click “Book Now” on your selected RV, choose any add-ons, and follow the steps to confirm your reservation.

Yes. Cancellations and modifications depend on the RV owner’s cancellation policy. Check the listing for specific details, or manage your booking via your dashboard.

Some hosts allow instant or same-day bookings. Use the filters when searching to see only listings that match your needs.

Payments & Fees

We accept all major credit/debit cards through our secure Stripe payment gateway.

Service fees, cleaning fees, and optional add-ons (like mileage overage or generator use) may apply. All costs are clearly displayed before checkout.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required and held until after a damage-free return is confirmed.

Pick-up, Drop-off & Delivery

Pickup locations are listed on each RV profile. Some owners also offer delivery to your location for an additional fee.

 

Return the RV on the agreed date, time, and in clean condition with a full fuel tank (if applicable). Inspect with the host for any damage before handing over keys.

Yes! Many owners offer delivery services. Check the listing or inquire with the host directly through our messaging system.

Log into your dashboard to accept/reject bookings, set blocked dates, or adjust pricing and policies.

 

Hosts are paid within 24–48 hours after guest pickup through secure bank transfers via Stripe.

Absolutely. MY-IVVI uses SSL encryption and secure payment systems to protect your personal and payment information.

 

Insurance coverage varies by host. Some offer built-in protection or require proof of your insurance. Check each listing for details or contact the host before booking.
